Cousins Meet

My sister flew out from Michigan this last week. It has been so much fun to have them here. Kambria and Ahanna got to meet for the first time. Ahanna is just 2 months older then Kambria, which right now is a big difference but it will be fun when they are bigger. They did have a few cute conversations with each other and were pretty aware of each other for the most part.

On friday night (19th) we headed over to Randolph to spend time with family there and stay the night. We went to the Rodeo which was a first for the girls and Satish. Kambria seemed to be pretty interested in all the action and animals.

Saturday morning we woke up and went to the Parade. I got to meet my cousin Nicole's little girl, Macy, who is now 1. She is such a doll. We then went and walked around the Home arts building then headed back to Grandma's. She cooked us all a yummy lunch. We then pack up our stuff and headed to bear lake!

The lake was a lot of fun. We just hung out and relaxed in the shade. I put Kambria's toes in the sand and water and she seemed to enjoy both. It will be so much fun when they get bigger :) We got a frozen yogurt at the Berry Bowl and headed home. It was a nice weekend with the family.

I really wish my sister lived closer, or we lived in Michigan. It was so fun to be together and talk "babies" and watch them interact together. Can't wait for next year!!
